OK - to my few BBQ friends - and I'm sure A LOT of them have blocked my hippie, liberal, humanistic rantings by now . . . heh heh
But I have to say that, today, in R'Kansas City Kansas, I had THE MOST awesome, amazing, wonderful set of six samples of chicken that I've EVER had while judging KCBS competition BBQ. And the rest wasn't bad either! But, WOW! For 'only' 25 teams to make that HUGE of an impact . . . I know that it was a tough field of competitors out there! I am honored to have had the opportunity to have judged for such an outstanding group of teams! And I thank you!
