Default Pwa's Saturday Night Smoke- Rib's Pron heavy
Smoked some ribs(12.1 lbs) up tonight, one of the best yet! Cooked at 335F on the UDS cooked 1hr 30mins no foil, foiled with butter and honey for 40mins, were perfect bend test had ends touching!! sorry no pic of that. Then 20 mins to set the glaze. Not happy with brush marks but didn't have any apple juice to spritz them out Had a rain storm in middle of cook UDS took a hit but stoker had it recovered in no time, cooked with wicked good weekend lump and apple logs.

Forgot the dang camera till after went into foil
