Default This look any better?

I had an extra brisket to cook, so I decided to do some practice. Is this better than the first one I did? (Forgive the lack of proper container and garnish, please.)

Todays cook in first photo, second photo is 4 weeks ago.

Color of meat, texture and cut of the new box looks much better. Color of bark is not as nice. I would think it would score much better. Don't like the chunks, too different in size.

Agree with landarc. Take the bark from your first practice and put it on the second practice and do away with chunks or make them symmetrical

I agree with what was previously said. My two cents? Try to keep your chunks and slices more uniform in size.

I'm not an expert, but I'd agree with Bob. I believe the first would score better, but if given the choice, I'd grab the second plate to eat.... what the fark?
