1st local comp
I have entered my 1st local comp as a backyard cooker which has a peoples choice.
As far as the peoples choice do I need to do traditional meats or can I expand to wings etc. to see if can get some more votes?

Depends on what the categories are in the people's choice... most of the time it is just pulled pork in the people's choice
