Default Big Butz BBQ Seasonings

You know, it doesn't really surprise me but, a lot of people still don't know that we have our own line of rubs & Seasonings. Right now we have 4.5 Rubs/seasonings.

Chicken Dust
Pig Pollen
Cow Pow
Gettin' Roasted (the newest Season All)
Carolina Magic (I give this one a .5 because it's really a sauce mix at heart.)

The newest Season All (Gettin' Roasted) is some really good stuff but, tonight I was reminded of just how good another one is.

I made chicken leg quarters on the grill tonight. Most people would think that there was nothing special to this, and for the most part they would be right. But, when I brought them in and served them to my family, my wife, who is my toughest critic says "Damn, you make some good chicken." Now, anyone who has been frustrated by chicken knows how huge of a compliment this can be but, here is the kicker. Until I came out with our Chicken Dust, she would not eat any grilled chicken without BBQ Sauce on it. Now, if it's got Chicken Dust on it, she'll eat it straight without even batting an eye at it. My kids will actually eat the skin off a piece of chicken with it on it and then ask for BBQ Sauce for dipping afterwards. I don't know about you all but, that is some of the highest praise I can ever get for a product.

And don't even get me started on the Pig Pollen!

Then again, I'm sure there are some other Brethren who have tried our rubs/seasonings that could say more about it than me.

Great reviews Chris. I finally ordered some sauce the other day on the recomendation of many brethren, somehow the rubs escaped me. After seeing your reviews, i'm thinking I know what to order next time. Can't wait to try the sauces this time though.
