First UDS build finally complete!
Its been in the works for about a month now and is finally complete! Can't wait for its first tasty creation!

Good looking UDS.
You are going to love Smoking in the UDS. The moist environment helps keep the meat moist. I've pretty much use mine all the time. A basket of charcoal last me about 12-14 hours... WHATS NOT TO LOVE...  |

I remember when my first UDS was new and clean like that ....
Now it bears the marks of hundreds of uses, drips, splashes and stains. Good looking build, the shelves and dolly will really come in handy But there is only one thing missing .... Get some food in there and get her dirty

Nice looking drum. The wood handle on the lid is a nice compliment to the wood tables.
