Default Sliced Brisket for 45

How much do you think I should cook? I'm also serving potato salad, beans, and bread. This is for a meeting at the chamber of commerce. I don't imagine they will be hefty eaters. But you never know... Thanks!

45 @ 1/3lb = 15lbs cooked = 30lbs raw.
