Team Name Thoughts
I have a group of Eggheads that have decided to try a couple competitions this summer. We are in the process of coming up with a name. We will be solely cooking on BGEs.
It seems that the consensus has landed on: Eggs Over Easy BBQ Team What are your thoughts on this name?

On a side note, we have discussed doing a food truck and calling it "green eggs and ham" and doing all bbq and breakfast food.

We all live near Louisville so the first competition will be Smokin on the River June 15th and 16th in jeffersonville. Should be a blast!
