You will work and learn alongside Andy & Kim Groneman all weekend as they will take you hands on, step-by-step through the entire contest process. From set-up to break-down with all the juicy competition activities and celebrations in between.

  • How to chose, prep and trim competition meats
  • fire building, pit temperatures and maintenance
  • seasoning, saucing, basting, injecting, rubbing & all the competition flavor profile secrets
  • entry presentations & building boxes for the best results from the judges
  • and so very much more!

Stay all night and get the “full experience”. You’re will be right THERE, front and center for Q&A from some of the finest BBQ competition cooks in the world.
