Ok... I'll spill the beans... I thought I'd have a finished package in hand today to show you, but our label printer is running behind. So, I'll just go ahead and tell you now...
Introducing... (drum roll, please) Oakridge BBQ Game Changer™ All Purpose Brine!!! Over the past month and a half, Team Oakridge BBQ has been secretly testing this new product. They've used it both at home on practice cooks and at actual sanctioned bbq contests. I'm happy to report that it already has NUMEROUS TOP TEN CALLS in both chicken and pork, and we haven't even released it to the market yet!! We expect to have the product ready to ship to retailers and via our website by NEXT WEEK! It will be available in the following stock sizes (One pound = one gallon of full strength brine):
Ingredients: Sea salt, raw cane sugar, garlic, black pepper, onion, spices, chilies, molasses, maltodextrin.
