Well we are excited
We have two Grilla Smoker Grills shipping out of Holland Michigan today
I am really looking forward to using these at home and on the BBQ Ambassador gig

We have one coming to us as well. Gonna take it out with us on the bbq circuit and post pics and the recipes we cook. If you are at a contest please come on over and check it out. We will definitely be using it at Memphis in May...Can't wait!!!

Cooked a couple of Chicken Breasts yesterday
The quick temp gain and recovery had me smiling
We have kids moving in and out of the house this week, so life is very hectic
Next cooks planned
Take and Bake Pizza then Pork Shoulder
I will do a videos on each
