2012 Bar-B-Que Cook Off Event to Benefit The Troops & Veterans
Event Date: April 20th – 22nd, 2012
Time: 11:00am – 10:00pm each day
Awards presented: April 22, 2012 @ 5:00pm
FREE ADDMISSION TO PUBLIC!!!
ALL PROCEEDS TO GO TO OPERATION SHOW YOU CARE, INC. TO HELP IN SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS OVERSEAS AS WELL AS ASSIST OUR LOCAL VETERANS HERE AT HOME.
Event Location: 953 E. Sahara, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Commercial Center Parking Lot
$500 Cash 1st Place each category, $1,000 Grand Champion, Trophy’s and Prizes Awarded!!!
Event Venue: Bar-B-Que Contest, Brisket, Ribs, Sausage, Chicken, Overall, Grand Champion and Reserve Champion.
Live Music Performances by Chris Heers, Bridget Gonzalez, and many more, Meal Food, Snack Food and Non Food Vendors, Rides, Private VIP Booths, Press Coverage, FOX5 News Live Event Coverage, ABC The Morning Blend Show to Promote Event April 4, 2012 9:00 am PST, Photographer for the event, and much more…

Various Booth Sizes and Pricing available hurry and reserve your booth now. We also have (4) 30’x 50’ VIP Booths that can be public or Private VIP Vendor booths for their clients only and may sell or distribute tickets for admittance to your private booth, other booths may be combined to for the same. All food vendors will be responsible for obtaining and paying a temporary Food Establishment Permit from the Southern Nevada Health District. Their phone number is (702) 759-0501. We will be providing security and medical assistance for the entire event.
SPECIAL PRICE FOR COOKERS NOT SELLING TO PUBLIC, 15X20-$350 ALL INCLUSIVE OR 20X20-$400 ALL INCLUSIVE, ENTRY FEE INCLUDED!!!
We will be providing the following to all COOKING TEAMS ONLY
· Booth Space as requested
· Power up to 20 W per booth, more available upon request
· Coal, Ash, and Grease Disposal
· Trash Collection
· Water supply
· On-site security (OSYC will not be responsible for any theft or loss)
· Event area to be fenced off and secured.


Load in will begin: April 19, 2012 @ 10:00 am

Received email about this. Too bad it is same day as Sam's Club. Most Vegas teams will be there. I hope some other teams can make it.

That is really unfortunate planning, being on the same day as Sam's.

Looks like it is in the parking lot where L.o.S. is though. I know where post competition dinner would be!
