Hi All,

Finished with my first comp. First of all i had The Doctor beside be. He's a great guy, very nice. I finished 9th in Wild Game, 6th in Ribs, and Beginners luck i guess, first in brisket. I will post pics later when i get them.

needed to be cooked longer?, get crispier?

Ribs: 9/7/7 8/8/8 8/6/7 8/8/8 8/8/8 9/7/7

Too Spicy i think for most of the judges

Pork: 7/5/6 9/8/8 9/8/9 8/5/6 6/6/8 5/7/6

i think maybe the pork was too juicy

Brisket 9/9/9 8/9/9 9/9/8 9/8/9 7/7/7 9/8/8

Damn Good!
