Thanks Mike. So it is safe to assume that this hasn't gone out to anyone yet? No rush, just curious as I didn't see it in the mail and I would hate it if it fell into the wrong hands.

Nope, not yet. I was hoping we'd have them ready to go by today or tomorrow, but we're still hammering out the final language on the back label (instructions). Couple more days and I think we'll have it.

Sorry. This one has been the hardest to roll out because of the vast possibilities for it's use which makes writing clear instructions a bit of a PITA...

Brine is shipping out tomorrow for most of you. We ran out of brine (we gave away over 30 pounds), so a few of the late-comers will have to wait till Tuesday before yours will ship out. Sorry about that. Have a Happy Easter everyone!!

I got mine one day I believe it was last week.... I have some thighs cooking right now... some with the brine, some without for a side by side comparison.... that stuff smelled so good, I think I could just eat it out of the bag.... thanks. Will get my review to you hopefully later today....

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. My chicken cook got postponed so I may have to wait till next weekend but hope to get it sooner than that.
