Sat night dinner with friends...pron
Beef ribs, tri-tip and my wife's chocolate ganache cake. Sorry, no money or plate shots. Had an aggressively hungry group! All on the UDS, at about 250. Ribs were done in 5 hours, the tri-tip in about an hour and a half

During dinner, it was a treat to see my buddy get up for a second helping, and to hear his wife say, "Honey, bring me another rib"...my wife gave me a look because I had that "I told you so" look on my face!
