I had a few orders to fill for the guys at work. I've never been so tempted to eat somebody else's ribs!

I usually charge $20 a slab.

Full slabs -NICE!

I did save the trimmings off the St. Louis Style for sampling.

Yes! I usually give away the trimmings to try and attract new customers but I'm thinking these will be for me.

Glad I'm cooking ribs tomorrow, or my leftover lunch today would have to be replaced. Unfortunately, there are no BBQ places at all near where I work.
