Budget BBQ controller, SS box, 1" thread adapter, Mechanical thermostat, Fan, Fan speed regulator US$35, SAl mail cost US$25, total US$60. SAl takes 2 to 3 weeks. It can be used in MOST grill/smoker. Mechanical thermostat is effected by environmental condition, wind, rain, sun ect. It needs hand tune a few times, best used together with wireless thermometer. Still it liberates you from standing beside your smoker long time.

Battery is not included as post office refuses it.
You can buy AC/DC adapter to use home 110VAC , price is $5.
