Memphis - Where to get a Whole Hog?

Looking to get a 100 Lb hog at the end of the month. Even better if they would crack the spine and split ribs (I have no saw). I'm coming in from Atlanta. Any suggestions?

Call the Tennessee Dept. of Agriculture and ask if there are any hog producers that sell retail in the Memphis area?

Drive through Nashville and if you are a KCBS member, stop at Rest Depot and buy one there all ready to cook. 412 meat processing between Nashville and Memphis can pre-order hogs. There's another meat packer in Memphis that can do the same. Fineburgs maybe?

Feyette Packing was the one I was thinking of. I called them and 412 last year, and 412 was much cheaper, but may be more out of your way.

Was going to come here to say Fayette Packing. They are my choice for comp meat or if I need anything out of the ordinary.
