I have been checking out iPhone apps that might be usable for catering but all I find are ones that have recipes and cooking tips. What I am looking for is an app where I can put in my recipes, my cooking methods/times per product plus my menu and current cost per menu item and serving sizes for entree's and sides and how much to cook for various size events. I currently have all this info in hardback booklet form but would rather have it on the iPhone. I also want to be able to input shopping list per source.
Has anyone seen anything that comes close to these requirements? p.s. sorry for the run-on sentences.

i like the doc to go app, i make everything as a word doc or pdf on my laptop then email it to myself and load it that way to my iphone. you can also sync the phone and do the same but i like it better to email in case something crashes so i can find all my info faster.

Which one do you recommend, the more $9.99 or the $16.99? I don't see much difference but I am not clear about the differences.
