A lady my wife works with has asked me to do pulled pork and wings for her husbands birthday party. Be 20 people.
Figure 4 oz pulled pork for sammies x2 cause I always figure people will eat 2 because it is so good;-) Never done wings before for big group. I was thinking 6 drum/wing sections per person? What you guys think?

If the group your cooking for is all men, then your numbers are good. If you have a mix, then you might be a little heavy, but since it is only 20 people your overage will not be too high. I am assuming the 4oz is cooked not raw and there will be other items to eat besides pork and wings.
