Default Sources for Prime brisket in KC

Will be heading out to KC in the next couple weeks, going to eat at Ok Joes and other bbq places, but would also like to pick up some prime briskets if there are any to be had... good briskets are sparse in this neighborhood and i wanted to pick up a few while in the area. Any good leads?

Creekstone Farms has some good Prime briskets: http://www.creekstonefarms.com/premiumangusbeef.html

They also ship for free unlike some other high end brisket suppliers

Another vote for Bichelmeyer's here. Good stuff and good company.

Another plug for Bichelmeyers...contact them ahead of time and tell them what you are looking for. While you are there, get some of their BBQ sausage, it's great. Cashed every time we've cooked it for sausage contests, EVERY time!

Sam's Club at 135th and 69 HWY usually stocks primes. Their meat dept. manager cooks with a local team...I think...
