Lincoln City
Who was competing at Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast this past weekend? Saw one guy in a Bretheren hat with the flames and steaming pig, but he was busy and didn't get a chance to find out who it was.
His neighbors in the red canapy right next to him had some farking amazing brisket for sampling...

I wish you had stopped by, great weekend. I played with some different rubs and sauces but will be going back to the old standbys. Did ok, 6th overall. Cooked kobe briskets and vended them to the crowd, that was a hit. Jim

My wife decided it was too dang hot in Portland on Sunday and asked if I wanted to go check out the contest at the coast (15 degrees cooler). We had a lot of fun just watching, and eating...
