Default A light lunch ... Kansas City style (pron)

The brisket point was tender but tasteless... Cubed it and let it sit overnight in beef stock seasoned with "Peppered Cow". Added more peppered cow the next day and put it in the Egg at 350° for an hour. Added some of the broth and 4 "glugs" of American Royal winning "Galaxy" sauce. Let it cook down for another 45min.
An onion roll and a Boulevard Wheat completed the meal.
