I vote for hot wing rub. That stuff is great. Also makes great deviled egg. I find myself not using it as much as I would like only because I'm trying to conserve it. I should have bought more than 3 bags. I gave one away for a Christmas present.

I vote for an easier to work with Hot Wing, that is as long as it tastes as amazing as the old one.
