Default Cooked comp meats

This is a dumb question, I think. What happens with all the leftover (cooked) meat after the turn ins?

Some events let you sell it to the public. You can also bag it and throw in a cooler so you can take it home.

Different teams do different things:

1. Bag it up and give it to family and friends
2. Bag it up and give it to Food Bank
3. Bag it up and give it to Sponsors
4. Bag it up and use it for catering samples
5. Give it to "INVITED GUESTS" in your booth...since you can't give it to the general public...you invite your "100 friends" into your booth
6. Bag it up in 10 person portions, and take it around to local businesses...trolling for sponsors
7. Hold an Impromptu Meat Eating contest...

Judges personal leftovers are either bagged to take home or pitched with the judging plate. Turn in box leftovers are split between seperate clamshells and given away to the voulenteers or a group determined by the organizer.

We give it away most of the time. To people who support us (friends and family) and people in need. Some gets in our freezer, but between practice and comps I already have plenty in the freezer.....
