On a Sunday afternoon..... Pork shoulder is now resting.....

OK, meatrakes are genius. I have Amazon.com: Bear Paw Meat Handler Forks: Home & Garden@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41nZrZbjQhL.@@AMEPARAM@@41nZrZbjQhL, but they are a little uncomfortable after a while.

Wear did you get the meat rakes? That looks much easier to me than the bear claws. The ribs and PP look great, BTW!

I got the meat rakes at a local butcher shop but I have seen them on Amazon. Incredibly easy and what a good looking finished product!
