Hudson Valley Ribfest IN NY

I would like to announce the first Husdon Valley Rib Fest in New Paltz, New
York.

The event will consist of a NEBS Griling on Saturday August 20 and KCBS Cookoff on Sunday August 21.

In May we will have a cooking class and Judging class on the weekend of May 21

august 20?? so much for the only week off in august. We go from July 20, straight thru to sept?

Tim,

The Hudson Vally Ribfest is sponsor by the Highland Rotary Club, I so happen to be the pearson that came up with the ideal.

I will be a great event for both the cookers and the people who attend the event.

We will have the 3 elements that work for a festival:

Good Food
Good Music
Good Drink
