Default Another Standing Rib Roast (pron)

Rubbed it with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and fresh rosemary. Put in in the UDS with a few hunks of pecan and apple wood. After about 2 1/2 hours at 275, the internal temp hit 120 and I put it on the direct heat side of a screaming hot Weber kettle that was finishing up my baked potatoes. Reverse seared and rested under foil for 20 minutes. It was pretty tasty.
