Smile Saucy Meatball Pizza on The FrankenWeber Pizza Kettle

The "Almighty Meatball" throwdown inspired me to make my first meatball pizza. As I've never made meatballs before, I consulted The Missus who walked me through the ingredients and prep. I also decided to make a "saucy" pizza, so after I sauced the pie, then added cheese and the meatballs, I drizzled little dollops of sauce over the top.

After the meatballs had cooked and rested, I sliced them:

Pizza making station:

Fired up pizza kettle:

Once the stone temp reached 700, in went the pizza:

The pizza cooked in about 4 minutes:

It was mighty tasty and I will be doing another very soon!

Fantastic pizza Moose. I am sorry that the unfortunate events recently in your family kept you from cooking this earlier.
