Just want to get a ball park figure for what to charge for 200Lb pig . They supply the pig. I think just pig nothing else. Thanks

What is your time, knowledge and equipment worth. How much would you rent out your smoker for? How long will it take to cook said hog? How much charcoal will you go through. Figure these things out and you will have your answer.

John I would quote it for about $1300 to $1500 if they are feeding 150 people that is $8.75 to $10 pp. That is if you are just cooking it, if serving, garnish, buns, sauce, etc. I would charge more.
