Default Most Budget BBQ controller for charcoal burning smoker

You can add a small fan on your charcoal burning smoker,.

You can aslo add a speed regulator to tune speed of fan and in turn strength of fire.

You can add a mechanical thermostat to run or stop the fan automatically.

Please note this is a budget mechanical thermostat. It is cheaper. But it is effected by environtmental temperature, wind, rain, shade ect. You need to hand tune it by thermometer. You can buy also a wireless thermometer, please check my eBay store.

Different adapters are availabe for your easy attaching to your pit.

The fan can be powered by a 12VDC gel battery, or an AC/DC adapter.

Battery is not allowed to send via post, price does not include Battery.

Stainles Steel rainproof box can hold all componenets inside.

Any how you can select different combination package to suit your budget.
