I'm smoking a brisket and butt tomorrow and am having friends come over. One person has a peanut allergy. I assume he is allegic to other nuts as well. I was going to use Pecan wood for smoke but don't know whether that will cause a reaction if he eats the meat. Anyone have experience with this before? As always, thanks.
