Default How long do Ribs have to rest

Hello fellow brethren. I need ur quick advice. Im kinda a newbie at this. Today I went to Mi Pueblo and bought their BBQ ribs. Went home seasoned and threw those bad boys on the grill at 250-275F. Pulled them at 180F. Is that too high for ribs? How long do they have to rest? Im getting hungry

thanks for your opinions

Rest?

They are good to go, eat those suckers.
I don't use temps on ribs myself. i always go with the bend method.
Hold them in the middle, let them bend on each end. When they start to separate, yank 'em

Thanks.... Those ribs r already gone .... Couldn't wait any longer...meat pink and pulled right off the bone.... I guess the wrap and rest thing is only for large cuts of meat.
