Default Recipe Try: Smoked Philly Sammiches

Cooking for work tomorrow. Tell me what you think about this idea

Smoked Philly Sandwiches
Putting the smoke on 4 Arm Roasts for a few hours. Then foiling with broth until meat hits around 190. (I don't want to pull it, I want to slice it somewhat thin but I want it to be tender) Then tomorrow I will serve the meat from a roaster warmed in seasoned beef broth. On the side will be a crock pot filled with sauteed onions and peppers. I will serve on nice kaisers with sliced provolone.

Side of homemade cole slaw

homemade lemon bars for desert

Thoughts?

Yeah, throw some shrooms in that veggie mixture! Mushrooms are stuff and the sammiches I made the other day like that were all the more better due to the nicely sauteed shrooms, green onions, purple onions, and bell peppers...

that is all.
