Thanks. It is well used, but it's pretty new to me. I've used it just a few times. I put on a new seal, got a plate setter and cut a grate for it. It works nice though...I've got some chicken legs sitting for a little while with some Yardbird rubbed on

I am using Kroger brand lump charcoal. I am 36min into the smoke and i am at a constant 255. The only adjustment i had to do was close the damper door just a hair, and just once
