Default Salmon + taters + applewood + BYC = yum!!!

Disclaimer; sorry about the pics not the greatest... was fending off the family from, stealing it off the smoker.

[cajun and salt free garlic herb rub on cedar planks and potatoes rubbed in EVOO and cracked pepper/sea salt]











Can't wait for tomorrow's breakfast... after a night's fridge rest. Last time, just ate it cold as-is.

I just started doing salmon this year - well, last year - 2011. I really wish I had started sooner.
