Default New Year's Dinner at Peppasawce's Place(featuring:Smoked Barbequed Turkey Legs)

Hello gang been quite awhile since I posted on this site with Pron.. I been too tied up to even fire up my UDS in months.. Friday I seasoned my Turkey Legs with my own homemade Dry Rub.. Yesterday I fired the UDS up with Lump, then I added Hickory and Cherry woods to my fire basket.. I then scored my Legs in a skillet to slightly brown them, and then out to the Smoker they went.. I proceeded to smoke the Legs for 30 minutes.. While the Legs were being smoked I prepared my own house BBQ Sauce which consists of Tomato Sauce(any brand will do lol).. After the BBQ Sauce was finished simmering I took the Turkey Legs off the UDS then I combined it all with the Sauce.. I then covered the Legs with BBQ sauce and smoked it all for 1 hour-20 minutes.. All I can say is yummie lol!!! I have on this plate BBQ Smoked Turkey Leg, Cornbread Dressing(homemade), Cabbages(my wifes), Black-eyed Peas, and a Cup O' Joe!!!! I hope you guys like it!!!!
