happy new year!

gonna smoke up some wings for N'Years guests like I've done many times before.
do any of you put anything on your wings pre- smoke?

I've always dressed them when they come out.

Just thought I'd ask.

I have some in the fridge right now rubbed down with and marinating in 3Eyze rub that I'm going to smoke tomorrow.

I did wings toooo! (fried)

I marinate mine is seasoned plain yogurt then serve sauce on the side.

1 - 100 lb. self-made cylinder grill/smoker
1 - 100 lb. self-made cylinder smoker
1 - 20 gal. self-made grill/smoker
1 - 25 gal. self-made vertical smoker
1 - 120 gal. self-made trailer stick-burner
