happy new year!
gonna smoke up some wings for N'Years guests like I've done many times before. do any of you put anything on your wings pre- smoke? I've always dressed them when they come out. I have some in the fridge right now rubbed down with and marinating in 3Eyze rub that I'm going to smoke tomorrow.
