Default Filling Up The Freezer

I got some cash for Christmas and decided that what I wanted most was some meat in the freezer. From here on I plan to save a little bit from each payday and stock up on my favorite cuts when they are on sell, but I needed to get started somewhere:

4 Rack Of St. Louis Cut Spare Ribs

3 Bone In Pork Butts Each 8.5 - 9 lbs

2 Packer Briskets Each 14lbs

1 Pork Loin About 8 - 9 lbs

4 Whole Chickens

Starting to get it filled up, I was hoping to get a couple packages of chicken leg quarters but they store didn't have any. I also need to get several rolls of sausage for fatties. I usually try to keep a turkey or two on hand as well!

Anytime! I would hate to see the gas bill on a trip from Alabama to Minnesota, not sure it would be worth the meat that is in the freezer.

My favorite Niece's husband just got his Masters Degree.
His parents knew that Bryan liked to smoke, so they bought him a deep freeze full of meat... (Great present)

I got asked yesterday to come smoke with Bryan... Can't wait...
He wants to learn more about 'Smoking'...
I've refereed him to this site for information and folks who have BTDT.
