I normally foil my butt's just out of habit. Thinking about letting the ones I'm cooking today run without.
All things being equal, have you ever ballparked the percentage time reduction you achieve by foiling? |

Nope...not really...all I know is a 6-8lb butt is done around 1 1/2-2 hours after foiling when cooking at 325-350 degrees...
