Default Pork Spare Pron

Did some pork spares and brisket this weekend over oak in the UDS and WSM. The brisket was a crappy select one and the flat was SO thin that it really just dried out like crazy and was like jerky on the ends but the point made beautiful burnt ends.

Raspberry Chipotle Sauce from Steph on the right and Blue's Hog on the left:

Chopped brisket
