Kentucky State BBQ Festival - call to exhibitors and vendors

We are hosting the Kentucky State BBQ Festival and want to know -

A - what is the best way to do a call to Exhibitors and Product Vendors (has to be BBQ related - smokers, sauces, rubs, equipment, accessories, etc.

B - where would be the best place to post it here on the Brethren site?

This event will be more like the Big Apple Block Party - eating, sampling, mini-seminars, demos, etc. No sanctioned comp this year (maybe next).

We just want to share the love of BBQ with the public.

when is this event? How many people will attend? How many vendors do you need? How many BBQ vending? Do you have a headliner band set up? Sounds like it will be fun, but find someone close to you that is on the board of other local events and start at that this will clue you in a little closer..
