Good morning all, My wife brought home a 20lbs bone in ham and asked if I would put it in the UDS this year because of how fantastic Thanksgiving dinner was.
She picked up a ready to cook ham at our local grocery store and Im kinda stumped on how to proceed. I know I would like to inject it and maybe a rub but like I said not sure where to go with it. I have been looking but ave not found anything good. Even if someone could point out a thread on here or elsewhere. Thanks for the help in the past and now. |
