Default Charbroil CB 600 smoker

Just got a new smoker and was wondering what is the key to get the thing
,up to temp.Its 50going degrees outside and it wont break 150 in the last 3change hours.

Are you just going by the gauge on the smoker? One would hope that it isn't bad but in my old vertical propane smoker I could get it rock'n turning it to high

Check your propane connections. Last Sunday I couldn't get mine to break 200*. Turned out that the propane nozzle became dislodged. Once I fixed it, it worked like a charm.

First off - turn the tank all the way off, same with the smoker. Then s l o w l y open the tank valve all the way. You should be good to go - they put a "child safety" feature on the new tanks without telling any one .

Hozman, i put 2 oven thermometers in the cook chamber and they read the same.I will check the gas connections Rookie48 and Pig Daddy and let you know.Thank's.
