Well.. the big weekend is finally arriving. The luncheon I am cooking for, is going to be on Monday. With the deadline for coworkers to respond/pay being Thursday, I have 22 people so far who are going to be there. Thanks to all who gave me some really good advise on this one.
So, given the number of ribs I am cooking, I am doing the cooking this weekend, then warming them on on Monday to go in. Anyone know how long I should give myself to get these warmed up properly? I am looking at about 10-12 racks of ribs |
