auto qualifiers in the north east?

i count 3 currently(not including the recent one in CT. because i beleive there will be more this year), is this accurate?

Moving a little south, possibly Middletown, DE (does that count as NE?). This year it was an automatic for Black Cat BBQ because the contest in Dover, DE got cancelled. Next year, according to their website, Dover says they are having a contest, but I wouldnt be surprised if they cancel again.

DC is an auto. WV has been but there may be a 2nd event in WV this year
