Default Dirty T-Bone Pr0n

A while ago a lot of us ordered some CI grates for the WGA and today I had some time to cut them to size and start seasoning them. And as long as I'm messing with a BBQ I might as well enjoy some good meat! The wife is off to diner anyway so who needs veggies!

They fit and are ready for the UDS. This leaves me with the regular WGA grate for now but that's OK.

And here's the main character for tonights diner show:

As you can see, it was good. Not the best I've ever had but nothing to leave behind on a plate either!

Try, you won't regret it. I've also tried it on Picanha and that was awesome!

Phabulous Hugo!
I thought you was going to put the CI grate in use for the WGA.
Just saw that they have T-bones for sale at the Makro...probably gonna purchase me some.
And indeed...Dirt works great on beePh.

My mouth is just watering looking at that T-Bone. My wife prefers the Rib-eye, but I tell her nothing beats a T-Bone that came from the BBQ.
