Default Last nights meat

A local market had steaks on sale so we had “Steak Night”

The BGE with custom handles from Marty Leach, was my cooking partner.

The BGE ready to rock ‘n roll at 650*:

On the grill after a bit of EVOO, wooster, kosher salt and cracked black pepper:

Ready or not, dinner is served:

I was hungry so I FAILED to get the required “fork shot”, but they were cooked to a verrrrrrrrrrrry tasty medium rare and were a good match for the wife’s macaroni salad.

Looks delicious. Much better than the turkey breast that just came out of the oven here. Overcooked because I wasn't paying attention. I was too busy zoning out on some website that shall remain nameless.
