Was at Restaurant Depot this evening to get some pork butts and lump. They had their usual stock of Royal Oak in the Red bag (not the steakhouse green bag) but they had a different logo on the bag. It had a silhouette of a bunch of cowboys sitting around. Still red bag with some yellow and black writing, etc.
I know RO makes a few different lumps and buyer beware of the ones made outside the USA. But these bags all said Made in the USA so I am assuming they are not the random bags from South America. Any ideas? Just want to make sure I got the right thing and that I can still use RO as my year round lump source (hard to find that up here in NY) |

Did you look on the back of the bag to see where they were manufactured?
