Default Whats My Beef?

So can anybody tell me what cut of beef they think this is? I bought a 1/4 cow and this is in there but the stamp was very unclear(as seen in the last 2 pics) so I kinda have no idea. Kinda looks like short ribs.

Soup bones. Brown them up with some tomato paste, deglaze the roasting pan into a stock pot with roasted bones, celery, onions, carrots, thyme, parsley and bay leaves. Add water to cover and simmer for hours. Those will make a great stock.
